Vegetable curryExample meals

Here are some typical meals from recent menus. All meals can be adapted to your individual dietary requirements.

Mains

Dishes vary from $10 to $15 according to the ingredients.

  • Mixed vegetable curry: with chickpeas and coconut milk

  • Balti Paneer and mixed vegetable curry with moong dhal and biriyani rice

  • Tofu and vegetable Thai red curry with basmati rice

  • Greek lentil soup

  • Aubergine and pumpkin parmigiana

  • Lentil and pumpkin lasagne with a  side of green vegetables and arame

  • Spinach and home made ricotta lasagne

  • Adzuki bean and vegetable shepherd's pie
  • Minestrone Verde soup with a side of pesto pasta

  • Thai pumpkin soup with a side of fried rice

  • Star anise Tempeh with stir fried vegetables and coconut rice

  • Carrot, dill, white bean and cauliflower soup with a fresh baked damper roll

  • Artichoke, pea, zucchini and homemade ricotta lasagne with carrots and seeds

  • Winter vegetable pie with steamed veg and a macadamia nut dukka
  • Pasqualina torte spinach and feta pie with olives and red capsicum

  • Winter vegetable pie with steamed veg and a macadamia nut dukkah


Desserts

Desserts are typically $3-$4

  • bliss balls

Half cakes and whole cakes are available from $15-$60
